The Sunday Restorative practice is deeply therapeutic for minimizing stress & optimizing conscious relaxation for the body, mind & heart. A slow-moving meditation in nurturing awareness & self-care, breath by breath.

Tuesday & Friday morning classes will build your strength & resiliency, via a slow-moving,

mindful, stress releasing, breath centric vinyasa practice!!
